Thanks for supporting the Realms. The items in this store are digital audiobooks delivered electronically, so this policy is a little different from a typical merch shop. Here's how everything works.

How your audiobook is delivered

After checkout you'll receive two emails: an order receipt from the shop, and a separate email from BookFunnel with your audiobook. That BookFunnel email has a private link to listen in the free BookFunnel app, stream in your browser, or download the MP3 files to keep. Delivery usually takes just a few minutes. If you don't see the BookFunnel email, check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing it? Reach out through our contact form and we'll resend your link.

Refunds

Audiobooks are digital goods. Once your download link has been delivered and the files have been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable. This is standard for digital products and protects authors from misuse. That said, if something genuinely goes wrong, you were charged twice, the files won't play, or you can't access your link, contact us through our contact form and we'll make it right, whether that means resending your link, troubleshooting, or issuing a refund where appropriate.

  • PayPal: refunds appear in your PayPal balance within about 24 business hours.
  • Credit/debit card: refunds appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Digital orders are delivered right after checkout, so they generally can't be cancelled once placed. If you bought the wrong title or hit a problem, contact us right away through our contact form and we'll help.

Tips and donations

If you add a tip or donation at checkout, please note these are non-refundable once your payment is complete.

Accepted payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, Klarna/Afterpay and local payment methods.

Taxes and international orders

Digital products aren't subject to import duties or customs charges. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and handled at checkout by our merchant of record. (If we add physical items like signed print books in the future, those may be subject to customs charges in your country.)
